A geologist by training, Gabriel brings more than 25 years of international experience spanning a wide breadth of exploration roles and geographies, subsurface technology, digital transformation, data strategy, and innovation leadership. Throughout his career with Enterprise Oil, Shell, and now Chevron, he has been dedicated to advancing the practice of exploration itself, combining deep technical geoscience expertise with innovation, emerging technologies, and new ways of working to elevate technical standards, improve decisions, and unlock greater value. Based in Houston, Gabriel is passionate about unlocking human potential and fostering the culture, curiosity, and collaborative thinking required to solve complex challenges, create extraordinary outcomes, and shape the future of the energy industry.
