Asset Business Delivery, Senior Geologist Gulf of America

Ishtar Barranco is a Senior Geologist with Chevron’s Asset Business Delivery organization, supporting the Ballymore development and other offshore Gulf of America assets. She has more than 25 years of international petroleum industry experience across the United States, France, Mexico, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand, working with Chevron, Schlumberger, Total, and Pemex. Her expertise spans exploration, field development planning, integrated subsurface characterization, earth modeling, and reservoir management across a variety of projects. She holds a B.Eng. in Geosciences from the University of Toulouse and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology from the French Petroleum Institute.
