Kelly Blake is a resource manager with over 15 years of experience in geothermal exploration and project leadership. Currently serving as a Resource Manager at Ormat Technologies, Inc., Kelly leads a multidisciplinary team of geoscientists to advance geothermal field development, resource management, and exploration initiatives. Previously, she held leadership roles at the Department of the Navy, where she directed the geothermal program. A dedicated advocate for clean energy and gender equity, Kelly has served as President of Geothermal Rising and as a Global Executive for Women in Geothermal.
