Kristopher Innanen

Kristopher Innanen is an associate dean, Research, and a professor in the Department of Earth, Energy, and Environment at the University of Calgary. He obtained a BS in earth sciences (1996) and an MS in physics (1998), both from York University. He holds a PhD in geophysics (2003) from the University of British Columbia. He has been awarded the Department of Geoscience Excellence in Teaching Award (2013), the GSA Supervisory Excellence Award (2012), and SEG’s J. Clarence Karcher Award (2006). Innanen’s volunteer work includes serving as an Assistant Editor for Geophysics.
