Sylvain has 20 over years of international experience in Energy industry. Sylvain serves as President, Chief Executive Officer of Geostock Sandia, located in Houston, TX. Before joining Geostock Sandia, Sylvain spent more than two decades in TotalEnergies, where he served in positions of increasing responsibilities including Managing Director for utility-scale renewable energy projects in the US, Regional Exploration Manager for the Americas, and Director of Business Development in the Congo. During the early stages of his career, Sylvain implemented midstream solutions for Utica (Ohio) 1.5Bcfd gas processing, NGL fractionation and condensate stabilization. He was a Senior Financial Analyst for Acquisition and Divestiture of upstream, midstream, and downstream assets worldwide and he held several geosciences roles in the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Sylvain holds Executive MBA from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, a Master of Science from IFP School, France (Major in geosciences) and a Master’s degree from School of Mines, Nancy (Major in engineering).
