Adam Seitchik
Adam Seitchik is geoscientist and a 23+ veteran of the oil and gas industry where he held both technical and senior leadership positions for exploration and appraisal projects globally. Adam began his career with Mobil (ExxonMobil), followed by Devon Energy and Murphy Oil. Over his career, he led exploration programs in Mexico, Gulf of Mexico (US), Australia, and New Zealand, in addition to providing technical support to exploration projects globally. Recently, Adam pivoted to carbon sequestration for Battelle’s commercial carbon service’s subsurface team. In his current role as Chief Geologist and Subsurface Manger, Adam leads a diverse team of geologists, geomodelers, petrophysicists, and reservoir engineers in implementing best technical practices from oil and gas workflows into subsurface evaluations for carbon storage. Adam holds a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Denison University.
