Aldo Napolitano

Degree in Geology from the University of Milan. He works in the Oil & Gas sector since 35 years. In Eni he has covered positions of exploration manager in Algeria, in Libya and in the United Kingdom. Starting from 2004 he had various positions with regional (South Europe and Africa) and then worldwide responsibility for exploration planning and new ventures and from 2008 for the unconventional exploration projects of Eni. He then moved in 2011 as Managing Director to Poland and subsequently to Ukraine and to China. He moved back to Head Office in 2016 where he was in charge for the management of all projects in the exploration portfolio of Eni and Deputy of the Exploration Director. In June 2022 he was appointed Exploration Director.
