Clinton Wood
Dr. Clinton Wood is an associate professor in the department of civil engineering at the University of Arkansas. He received his bachelor's and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on geotechnical earthquake engineering and non-destructive infrastructure evaluation with an emphasis on dynamic site characterization using surface wave methods. He has over 60 journal and conference publications focusing on topics such as surface wave testing, liquefaction, earthquake site effects, geophysics, levee evaluation, and topographic amplification.
