In her current role at AWS, Nadia is responsible for solving customer challenges within the energy industry through partners, strategic alliances, and partner solutions. She leads a solution architecture practice that defines the energy partner technology strategy and provides industry expertise for partners as they transition to the cloud. Nadia promotes AWS as a champion of diversity and is a trailblazer in the energy sector as co-founder of the game-changing AWS Women Reinventing Energy affinity group, which showcases women leaders across industry. Prior to AWS, Nadia built a distinguished career with ExxonMobil, where she advanced from software developer to core member of the senior leadership team, working across the entire energy value chain. In the two years prior to joining AWS, she excelled as Senior Manager of Information Technology, where she shaped strategy, restructured operations, and took the lead in introducing cloud-first communication capabilities for 100,000+ customers in 71 countries. In previous roles, she delivered other enterprise-wide technology transformations, such as digitizing manufacturing operations and creating a Digital Open Innovation Program to better leverage external partnerships in delivering global business objectives.
