Olivia has been the SLB Technology D&I manager since 2022. She implements strategies to cultivate diversity and inclusion inside the company’s technology organization. Olivia is a native of the Ivory Coast; She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Engineering (2003) and a Master of Engineering both in Aeronautical Engineering (2005). Following several internships at SLB, she joined the Tech & Field program in 2006 and spent 2 years in the field in the region of Kalimantan, Indonesia. Upon her return to Houston, she was part of several of Engineering projects at SLB Sugar Land Technology Centers. In 2023 joined the board of directors of Houston’s Buffalo Bayou Partnership.
