Paiden focuses on integrating subsurface data for mature reserves and resources. She is engaged in projects ranging from carbon utilization and storage, investigating enhanced reserve recoveries for legacy fields and exploring uphole opportunities. With a passion for energy, she pursued a bachelor and master degree in geology and geophysics from Texas A&M and Oklahoma State University. As an early-career geoscientist, she looks forward to developing her technical abilities, improving her professional experiences, and playing a role in energy for current and future generations.
