Paul M. (Mitch) Harris remains an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami following retirement from a long industry career with Chevron where he performed carbonate research and technical service projects centered on facies-related, stratigraphic, and diagenetic problems that pertain to carbonate reservoirs and exploration plays in most carbonate basins worldwide. Currently he is involved in research projects focusing on the controls and patterns of carbonate sediment production and dispersal on shallow platforms.
