Tony Shaw

Tony Shaw is a Senior Geophysicist and project manager at Collier Geophysics with more than 25 years of experience supporting offshore energy, marine infrastructure, and coastal development projects around the world. His work has included marine geophysical surveys, geohazard investigations, hydrographic mapping, and construction support for offshore and nearshore developments. Having worked across the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, the Arabian Gulf, Brazil, and West Africa, he has extensive experience as a client representative on offshore survey vessels globally, ensuring data quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with engineering and construction objectives. Tony received his M.Sc. in Geology & Geophysics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. At IMAGE '26, he will moderate the Marine Construction Panel, bringing an offshore operator's perspective to the discussion of today's challenges and opportunities in marine construction.
