This panel will highlight the transformative impact of the rise of Citizen Development in Chevron through three perspectives: 1) that of the catalyst, Tavia Prouhet, leader of the low code movement in Chevron who facilitated training and adoption of low code technologies and principles; 2) that of the citizen developer, Andre Hicks, an early adopter of low code technologies who leveraged in the Wells function; and 3) that of the champion, Nicole Champenoy, leader of the Shale and Tight Asset Class and fierce promoter of low code technologies to drive value.
