Mother’s Room

 A mother’s room will be available in the convention center on the third level during show hours. It will include a couple of curtained off comfortable chairs for privacy and a small refrigerator. Outlets will also be accessible, and a restroom is nearby. Contact IMAGEsupport@aapg.org with any questions.

Children Policy

Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed in the exhibit hall during setup or teardown. Children 13 and older will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regular exhibition hours if they are properly registered, wearing their badge and accompanied by an adult. During exhibition hours, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed into any activities within the exhibit hall unless they are young enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack, or front pack.

Explore the IMAGE Bookstore
SEG and AAPG have published several new books since members of both organizations gathered in Houston for annual meetings. The IMAGE Bookstore will be located on the 3rd floor of the convention center near the Technical Sessions. Authors and/or editors of some of the latest titles will be available for book signings. Download the IMAGE app for up-to-date information about these signings. Several titles and merchandise also will be offered at deep discounts.

Audio/Video/Photographs

Please note that audio recording, video recording, or photographing any portion of IMAGE '24 is strictly prohibited. Capturing or photographing contents of exhibit displays, or Oral or Poster Technical and Panel Sessions is strictly prohibited.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration, attendance, and/or participation in IMAGE and/or IMAGE-sanctioned activities constitutes agreement by the registrant to IMAGE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image and/or voice in recordings of such events and activities.

Lost and Found

Location: Registration

Lose something while in a technical session? Find something in registration that someone dropped? Please visit the lost and found located at Registration. Items found during the show should be turned into IMAGE Show Management personnel. If your lost items have not been turned in, you can leave your contact information at Registration.

Luggage Check

IMAGE will not be providing a luggage check service. Should you need to store luggage on your departure date, please arrange with your hotel.
