Online

Advance registration is recommended, and online registration allows you to know immediately which events are available. If an event is not available, it will not appear on the screen or it will indicate “sold out.”

Corporate Group Registration Packages

Share the benefits and save on registration fees with corporate group packages. Group registration provides a lower-than-member-rate cost for participants regardless of their membership status. To purchase a Group Registration, please complete the form below.

  • Unlimited package of full conference registrations: $60,000
  • Books of 10 full conference registrations: $8,500 ($850 each)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made by contacting IMAGE Registration Support by email or telephone at +1 918 584 2555 by 12 August.
  • Cancellations received on or before 25 July will be fully refunded, including fees for postconvention workshop(s), field trip(s), luncheon(s) and/or short course(s).
  • Cancellations received between 26 July and 12 August will be refunded registration fees less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for postconvention workshop(s), field trip(s), luncheon(s) and/or short course(s) after 25 July.
  • No refunds will be issued after 12 August or for “no shows”.
  • You may substitute one participant for another.

**Non-Geo Guests may attend the convention as a Guest of a convention registrant. The guest may not be a member of any of the listed associations or a professional in the industry.


***Current Emeritus Members only, qualifications for Emeritus include: Active Member in good standing, 65 years of age or turning 65 during 2025; Cumulative membership for a total of 30 years, including military. Contact your society’s membership team with any questions.
