**Non-Geo Guests may attend the convention as a Guest of a convention registrant. The guest may not be a member of any of the listed associations or a professional in the industry.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made by contacting IMAGE Registration Support by email or telephone at +1 918 584 2555 by 15 August.
  • Cancellations received on or before 28 July will be fully refunded, including fees for postconvention workshop(s), field trip(s), luncheon(s) and/or short course(s).
  • Cancellations received between 29 July and 15 August will be refunded registration fees less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for postconvention workshop(s), field trip(s), luncheon(s) and/or short course(s) after 28 July.
  • No refunds will be issued after 15 August or for “no shows”.
  • You may substitute one participant for another.
