Josetta Jones, Chevron’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, has been a part of the Chevron community for 21 years. When she first joined Chevron, Josetta worked as a patent attorney in the Intellectual Property Law Group. For 6 years, she served as Chair of Chevron’s Law Function Diversity Council where she focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Following years of hard work and dedication, Josetta rose to the rank of Managing Counsel, Intellectual Property. Since becoming the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in February 2021, Josetta has been leading the Diversity, Inclusion, and Ombuds function and she oversees strategic D&I partnerships.
