Tai Prince

Equal parts engineer and creative, Tai Prince believes the best solutions happen where logic meets imagination. She has built a career designing not only systems and strategies, but experiences that connect people, strengthen communities, and inspire the next generation.

As a fractional executive, engineer, entrepreneur, philanthropic strategist, and STEM advocate, Tai helps corporations, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations transform bold ideas into measurable impact. She served as the 2025 Houston President of the Women’s Energy Network, where she led strategic initiatives focused on engagement, empowerment, and community outreach, and continues to serve on nonprofit boards and leadership councils advancing education, workforce development, and community impact. Through her consulting practice, she partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen strategy, optimize operations, cultivate philanthropic partnerships, increase fundraising capacity, and design innovative programs that create lasting change.

As the founder of Tai Prince Designs Solutions and Tai Prince Designs STEM, Tai combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to build experiences that inspire curiosity, develop future leaders, and expand access to STEM education. Whether leading executive strategy sessions, designing corporate social impact initiatives, facilitating community partnerships, or creating culturally relevant STEM curriculum, books, and hands-on learning experiences, she is passionate about helping organizations and individuals move from ideas to action.

A Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt, and mechanical engineer by training, Tai is recognized for turning complexity into clarity and strategy into results. Her engaging presentations challenge audiences to think differently about leadership, innovation, service, and collaboration—equipping them to create boldly, connect authentically, collaborate intentionally, and leave every community stronger than they found it.
